The Recruitment Process

Generally, our recruitment process is tailored to each specific role, however below is a typical flow chart of the process

Position is advertised on Seek and DPM website

Resumes received, candidates thoroughly telephone screened

Successful candidates are interviewed, face to face by Human Resources

HR shortlists the best 3 candidates and presents them to the Department Head for consideration

2nd round interviews conducted with HR and Department Head

Reference checking, minimum 2. Police checks/validation of qualification, ability testing

Offer of employment is made

We write job advertisements that say exactly what the job involves, communicate regulary with our applications and respond promptly to enquiries. At all times, we strive to keep our candidates abreast of out thoughts and their progress in our recruitment process.
